What I'm Lovin' {5/10}

It's friday and I'm back to share what I am currently loving!

 1. Hempz Coconut Fusion Shimmering Body Creme- This stuff is amazing. First off it has the most lovely smell. Not to mention that it is so moisturizing, I can't seem to get enough of it. I love that it is a "shimmering" lotion, this basically means that it has a little reflection of shimmer all over. I hate to say glittery...because it definitely isn't glittery, but if you don't like a shimmery look then you'll want to choose one of the other creams. This is just PERFECT for that summer glow. 

2. Loreal Million Voluminous Mascara- I am always trying out new mascaras and I just can't justify paying big bucks for a product that I use up so fast. I am currently using this mascara and I really like it. It gives me great volume and some length as well and it hasn't clumped up on me! That is huge! Sometimes with voluminous mascara I get "spider" lashes, so I have been very pleased. 

3. Sonic Limeades- This just says it all doesn't it. Sonic just opened here in our town and I have already hit up happy hour. :) My personal favorite is the Strawberry Limeade. If you've never tried one...give it a try.

4. Spring! Yes, even though it has been snowing every week, this week so far has been great weather and I have really been enjoying it. I am getting anxious to plant my flowers. :)

What I'm Lovin {5/3}

It's been a while since I did a "What I'm Lovin'" series post and its back by popular demand! Here are a few things I'm loving lately.

1. Pink Chevron Scarf- I bought this scarf at Charming Charlie last week and I am totally loving it for Spring/Summer! It's light and sheer and just super cute.

 2. Homemade Dill Pickles-Okay, I know this might seem weird but last week my sister shared some of her homemade dill pickles with me. I was instantly hooked! These are so delicious...I even had to steal a jar to bring home with me. Yum!

 3. Essie Nail Polish- I found these two super cute colors at the store recently and I really love the look of them. The colors are adorable and they go on so smooth and flawless. These colors are mint candy apple & lilacism.

4. V-8 Fusion- I discovered these recently and they are just yummy. I crave soda pop sometimes and these seem to hit the spot instead of grabbing a can of pop.

What I'm Lovin' {3/15}

Here are the things I am currently loving! 

 1. I am loving the signs of Spring. We had quite the snowstorm earlier this week, but it melted and the week has turned out nicely. I have been working on my indoor Spring decor and decided to add in fresh flowers. I love them! I also came up with a fun new way to display them and I'll be sharing that tutorial next week on I Heart Naptime.

 2. Toy Storage Overhaulin'-I know this isn't looking very pretty, but I found some great totes in several sizes that stack to help me overhaul our toy storage. (got the totes at walmart) I can't wait to show you our before and after soon! I feel like toys were overtaking our home and they would just get scattered so I think we came up with a reasonable space saving solution.  

 3. Low fat cottage cheese and fruit-I know to some people this must seem gross. I think you either love cottage cheese or hate it, but I have really been enjoying it as a snack with fruit. I think my favorite is usually mangoes or pineapple, but I just use what fruit I have on hand. Its been my go-to snack this past week.

4. Kids Birthdays- What can I say, there is just something special about kids birthdays...and I especially love this kid. :)

What I'm Lovin' {3/1/13}

1. Tide with Febreze- I usually just stick with basic no scent laundry detergent, but I bought this one to give a try and love it. I love the smell, so fresh and clean. 

 2. Make-up forever aqua shadow in pearly copper- This shadow pencil is fantastic and it has been awesome for those days when you don't have time for much make-up. I just put in on and add a little mascara and I'm good to go. There are many shades, but I personally love pearly copper.

3. Nashville:- does anyone else watch this show? I don't know what it is exactly, but I really enjoy watching this. Plus, it has some great music!

4. Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast- This may be odd, but sometimes I just don't have time or the desire for a 'real' breakfast so drinking this with milk and a banana has been a favorite as of lately.

What I'm Lovin' 2/22/13

 Hello Everyone! Hope you all had a great week, if this is your first time here each Friday I do a lifestyle post about 'What I'm lovin'. If you guys want to join me, feel free to leave your link in comments of what you're currently loving. I am always up for recommendations!

Now here's what I'm lovin' this week:
1.BodyMedia FIT LINK Armband- (FYI this is not sponsored I bought this on my own!) Okay, so do you watch biggest loser? Have you seen the little gadgets they wear on their arms? Well, earlier this year my sister bought one, then my mom bought one, and weeks later after hearing them talk about them I knew I had to get one. 

 

It claims a 90% accuracy and so far it seems to be doing a great job. What does it do? It tells me how many calories I burn, how my activity levels are, how I'm sleeping at night, etc. I enter in my caloric intake via myfitnesspal and there is an app that syncs with my body media so I can get real-time stats. (you do pay a small subscription fee each month so just be aware of that!)

I have had a few bugs to work out with the app, but so far all have been resolved and I really like this. I think for me this has been really helpful so I can see calories in vs. calories out. And it really is amusing to see how it tracks my sleeping and when I wake in the night. I know that I wake a lot at night, its been funny to see my stat report and go "yep, I remember being awake then". 

Overall, I have just really been enjoying this and I hope it will help me with my fitness goals. I bought mine on Amazon because it was cheaper and I got free shipping. I also got 1 month free subscription. So far I have had it a month and I'm lovin' it.

2. Strawberries- These have been an easy go to snack, they are healthy and so yummy. 

 I have gotten some really yummy ones lately and have even incorporated them into my cooking. I put them in my crepes this week and it was a hit! I'll be sharing that recipe soon. Do you guys have any fun or healthy strawberry recipes to share?

3. Jordana Lipliner Pencil Tawny- I came across this lipliner at walgreens and after trying it have really loved it. For one, the color on my lips is pretty natural and goes with almost all my lipsticks and glosses. Also, it is super cheap, under $2 at my walgreens. You can't go wrong with that. If you're looking for a new lipliner...check it out. I also got a Jordana lipgloss in grapefruit that I am enjoying as well.

4. Crafty Tuesday Link Party- I was nervous to host this party, I thought it would be a great way to interact with you all and see what you've been up to, but to be honest I was afraid no one would link up! Yep, I felt like a junior high kid. :) But you all came and linked up and I love seeing what you've been up to. You guys are so talented and just want to thank you again for linking up. I will be doing a feature highlight post this weekend and if you haven't linked up go here because the party is still open! Also, I have been working on 'big' project for my master bedroom this week I can't wait to share!

What I'm Lovin' {2/15/13}

I'm back this week to share What I'm Lovin' right now.

1. My Mom's homemade bread recipe- This recipe is the best, last night we had our valentine's heart shaped pizza made with this dough recipe (2 pizzas), then I used the rest to make 1 loaf of bread, and used the final bit to turn into 12 delicious cinnamon rolls! I have to say...the cinnamon rolls are my favorite although my diet isn't too happy about it. :)

 2. My Local Library- I'll admit it. I am cheap, often times I won't buy a book or movie unless I have already read or watched it and know that I love it. So I try and hit up our library a couple times a month. I really love to get sucked into fiction novels. I'm looking for a new good read or series...any suggestions? These are the books I currently have checked out:











 Young House Love: 243 Ways to Paint, Craft, Update & Show Your Home Some Love-This book is perfect for the home DIY'er 
and Martha's American Food:  I'm loving the inspiration from both of these books.

3. EOS Organic Lip Balm Sphere-Summer Fruit - I have really been loving this lip balm over the past few months. It's easy to find in my purse and easy to apply. Plus, it has kept my lips moisturized during these dry winter months.

 4. This Kitchen Aid Mixer Giveaway- I have just been loving being part of Jamielyn's creative team at I heart Naptime. It's been such a great opportunity and I am grateful for the chance to give back to my readers! So if you haven't entered the giveaway be sure and go here to enter.
