Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili
Prep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 8 ¼ hours
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 15 oz. cans Great Northern beans, undrained
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 10 oz. Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup chopped yellow onion
- 1½ teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Carefully separate chicken into bite size pieces before serving. Garnish with your favorite chili toppings, such as sour cream, a lime wedge, shredded cheese or sliced jalapenos.
