Christmas Goodies

I just love Christmas Goodies, both giving and receiving! It is always fun to offer some variety and here are some favorites  (I also made donut snowmen but somehow didn't get a pic of those.)
Classic Oreo cookies with festive sprinkles

Candy Cane Cookies

Of course we gotta have classic sugar cookies!
And you can't go wrong with a few pinwheel cookies as well.

I made the candy cane and swirl cookies with my classic sugar cookie recipe you can find here. What a fun time of year to get creative and share with others. :)

LEGO Family Fun

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of LEGO for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you heard of LEGO Minifigure Family? If your family is like mine you've got to check it out...we are LEGO lovers! LEGO's are definitely a household favorite and when I heard about minifigurefamily.com I knew it would be a hit. Basically you go to minifigurefamily.com and you can create your own minifigure family. How cool is that? My son was so excited! One of his favorite things to collect are LEGO minifigures. Minifigurefamily.com is super easy and offers several customizations to make each family member uniquely their own. You can change skin tones, lots of hair/hat options, not to mention different torso and leg combinations. After you create your family you are able to pick and scene for your family as the 'backdrop' and add a greeting! When you're all finished, you can share your LEGO family card via social media or download it. This was quite fun and you have to let your kids give it a try.

We had a good time deciding which look best fit each family member. Such a fun activity for our LEGO loving family. Make sure to visit minifigurefamily.com and create your perfect family minifigure card.
